In 2009, Anne decided she wanted to write books like those she loved to read. The kind with happy endings. It has taken several years, while she worked full-time and raised her family, but now she is finally writing full-time.

She studied English at Hanover College. She enjoyed her experience writing articles for her alma mater’s alumni magazine. At the risk of aging herself, she wrote for something we used to call newspapers. She also wrote advertisements and commercial scripts for television and radio.

Audiobooks and jigsaw puzzles were just the ticket when the COVID lockdown hit. It is now a favorite nightly routine. Anne enjoys watching big screen rom coms with a mandatory bucket of popcorn. She indulges her craving for chocolate as often as she can. She believes there’s nothing better than a beach, a good book, and an umbrella cocktail.

Raised in Ohio, Anne now lives in Michigan where she and her husband raised their two children. Now that their children are adults and out on their own, Anne and her husband are living the dream as empty nesters. Oh, and they share their home with a very spoiled rescue dog named Brodie.
